Prospero require a Commercial Director who will be responsible for driving further growth in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, UK and Ireland. This will require working closely with prospective clients, understanding their complete facilities maintenance and management requirements and delivering the most cost effective solution to address these. The role will be based in the Isle of Man, but with extensive travel to other locations. Must have 10+ years’ international and multi-sector experience in the Facilities Management industry in Design, Construction, Installation and Maintenance services coupled with delivery of Soft Services (cleaning, security, catering).
