We are audited continually to ensure that our procedures are monitored and analysed, ensuring that we continue to provide the best possible service to our clients through effective reports and service logging.
Prior to our employees entering your premises, we conduct a thorough security screening on each individual staff member. This provides assurance to our clients and gives them total peace of mind that their data and facility will be secure in our hands
To ensure that your Data Centre meets the standards set out by ISO class 8 or 9 we:
- Train our technicians in specialist data centre cleaning protocols.
- We use a range of HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaners, certified to 0.3 microns, removing even the smallest of dust particles to prevent dust spreading around your circuitry.
- Continue to utilise only a specialist range of cleaning products, formulated to maintain the anti-static properties required of your data centre environment.
- Provide an analysis report and a copy of our testing results following every visit.
We are dedicated to minimising the effect on our environment caused by poor handling of chemicals and dangerous substances. You can be assured that all our chemicals are handled in accordance with COSHH legislation, and that all waste will be disposed of safely.
Health and Safety is an important concern for every employer, by assessing the risks to health and safety in our practices and training our staff to stand up and be aware of these, we are able to minimise the likelihood of an incident.
