Design and build
Our design engineers are equipped with ‘state of the art’ software and design suites. We can produce mechanical & electrical drawings and floor plans to suit your buildings requirements. We have engineers fully qualified in the design and installation of lighting & emergency lighting, fire alarms, electrical distribution, air conditioning, plumbing & heating. Having all these resources available to us means that we can offer a complete package which is a more modern approach and allows our customers huge financial savings and removes the headaches that outsourcing to many different contractors and consultants can bring.
Facilities Management
Prospero are the Island leaders in FM. We currently look after some 60+ buildings Island wide. Our repairs & maintenance engineers have fully stocked vans and are highly qualified in their individual trades. We utilise the very latest computer aided facilities management (CAFM) software to keep customers and our engineers up to date with the status of the building maintenance, cleaning and stock levels. All of our vans are fitted with trackers which allows us to deploy the nearest available engineer to attend any emergency call out.

In recent years Prospero vans have been spotted in the UK as we have travelled ‘across’ to be involved in implementing our ideas in other data centre’s and computer room builds throughout the UK.
